Michael Creagh, a farmer by trade, is also an Irish poet and writer from Rathdowney, County Laois and is well-renowned in his local area for his wit and humour. Michael is a talented individual who is well-known for his local successes in the Rathdowney Pantomine Performances for many years. In more recent times, Michael has published two books of short poems that encapsulate the people, the events, the tragedies, and the 'craic', of the wider Rathdowney area.
